Shipping and Returns Policy

At My Radio Store we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service and support. We have provided our shipping and return policy below. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact our offices.


US & Canada Shipping Policy

  • Most orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same business day.
  • If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24 hours from time of order.
  • All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday, or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
  • All Special-Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
  • Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received.
  • Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
  • Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FedEx/UPS/USPS shipping holidays.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) real-time rates.
  • My Radio Store reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.


International Shipping Policy

We do ship products to other countries with certain requirements. Please contact us to place an international order.

  1. My Radio Store is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the items have been picked up by the carrier. If you requires assistance with filing a claim please contact our offices.
  2. Canada Shipping - duties, taxes or additional customs fees are not included in the cost of shipping quoted at the time of checkout (unless otherwise specified at checkout). Each Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees assessed by the carrier in Canada. At no time will Satellite Radio Superstore® be responsible to cover these fees.
  3. Customers have the option to select UPS or USPS (via Canada Post) at checkout and agree to the terms of duties and taxes based on the selected shipping service.
  4. All orders include the proper customers documentation and clearly describe the contents and value as per customs regulations.
  5. Promotional shipping offers such as free shipping do not apply to Canada orders.

Please Note: we do ship AM / FM products internationally, but we only sell SiriusXM® products in the US and Canada.


Non-Defective Returns

All non-defective equipment can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.

Must contact our offices within 30 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
  • All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact our offices at (800) 513-8554. We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number. Any products that are returned without a Return Authorization will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  • All returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages not post-marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department.
  • Equipment must not be altered or tampered with in any way.
  • The original equipment packaging must not be damaged or cut. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
  • All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions.
  • Missing accessories/parts will result in a reduced credit amount by the replacement cost of those items.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Credits will be posted to the appropriate account within 14 business days of receipt of equipment. Packages should be mailed to the address below with the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.

Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments

My Radio Store is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damages should be brought to the carrier's attention. If a claim is needed, the purchaser should alert the carrier and My Radio Store that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. My Radio Store has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, My Radio Store will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.


Defective Equipment:

Any goods which prove to be defective within 1 year of the order date may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.

  • Contact our offices at (800) 513-8554 for a Return Authorization Number.
  • All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number please contact our offices at (800) 513-8554 . We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number. Any products that are returned without a Return Authorization will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  • All defective returns must be post marked within 5 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages not post-marked within 5 business days of issue date of the Return Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories along with the manuals and instructions. Missing accessories will result in a charge of the actual replacement cost of those items.
  • Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a shipping charge for replacement shipment of the new equipment or return of the original merchandise.
  • If the equipment is defective, My Radio Store will pay the return shipping costs for replacement merchandise.

* All defective re-shipments will be sent FedEx/UPS Ground, or the customers can upgrade the defective reshipment at their cost upon request. If the customer's shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states, then the shipping type will be addressed based on location. My Radio Store has the ability to determine the shipping type for businesses outside of the lower 48 states in the United States.

* If the purchaser would like a replacement item shipped out prior to us receiving the defective item, a hold will be placed on the purchaser's credit card for the amount of the replacement part. Once the returned equipment is received by our warehouse and determined to be defective, the hold will be released.
