Everything works great with the exception of the screen. It is hard to see. It is hard to utilize while you’re riding you need to set up your presets and when you’re tired of listening one station, maybe pull over and tap in another one, but other not reception works great.
This by far is THE best, most versatile radio that SeriusXM has put out to date.
My order was for qty. of 2 of the item shown above. As you can see the plug in the picture as well as on your website has a straight on connector. Unfortunately one item had a straight on connector which works perfectly and the 2nd one has a 90 degree connector which will not plug into my boombox and I can not use. I don''t know why you did this but would be glad to return it if you would send me a return package and refund me for this incorrect item.
JO0Y BROWN WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN SOLVING MY PROBLEMS WITH THE RADIO. IF ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AT SIRIUS WERE AS CAPABLE IN TECHNICAL ABILITY. PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED WITH EFFICIENCY AND PATIENCE FOR MY LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.

I could not get it work.
Very slow at startup. As of yet that is my only complaint.

Works fine with my Bluetooth speakers when outdoors. Powered by the optional USB cable with a portable power bank battery. The dock sits nice on a flat surface.
We installed it, but it doesn't swivel and it doesn't look like the old one.
Remote isn't compatible to turn volume up on soundbar.
Replacement for one a mouse chewed through which was a 2009 replacement for the original one that a mouse chewed through! This time I ran the outdoor portion of the cable through PVC!

Newer vehicles are getting away from Aux ports and pushing Bluetooth as well USB. Some now only have USB C. This little jewel works great to resolve these issues. Combine this with the USB to 5v power cable and you are set.
